I have a livingroom that I'm preparing to prime. There are alot of small holes & there's an area that I can put my putty knife behind & peel large strips of paint off. I've an area now appx. 1 sq.ft & don't want to peel the whole side of the room off. The strips coming off feel like 3-4 layer of paint.
Any idea of how to fix this? This is in a rental unit & I don't want to spend a whole week in there.
