Exterior Primer

What is an adequate exterior primer?

I had planned on Kilz 2, latex.
There is also Kilz Premium, Latex, but I have had tough time finding it at an affordable price?

I have cedar siding I will be covering in addition to standard wood, if it makes a diff.

I have pressure washed entire house and removed most, if not all, the paint from the entire surface.

Any recommendations on the primer?
