I had a wing added on Sept 2000 because the old part (north wing) had masonite on it. I had the same installed on the new part (south wing). The whole south wing - new addition- looks like it is mildewed. Black specks all over it. It was installed by a building contractor and painted by a professional paint contractor. Please tell me what is wrong.
