A few years ago I purchased a Craftsman needle-nose multi-tool, a few days ago it broke. I went to the Sears store in Eau Claire, WI.,to either get it repaired or replaced as per the Craftsman Warranty. The store would do neither as it was a discontinued item. What ever happened to the famous Craftsman Warranty that if a Craftsman tool ever breaks it would be replaced? They just laughed at me and tried to sell me a new and of course more expensive one. I have been using Craftsman tools for over 35 years, but, as of now I will never buy another one. I am also the purchasing agent for the company I work for and I will never buy another Sears or Craftsman tool or appliance again! Steven M. Peeso, 2220 Willis Ave. Eau Claire, WI. 54703. Model # of the Multi-tool is #45201 Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
