Our black lab has an outdoor pen next to our house to do her "business." (This was built because neighbors complained of the dead grass between the house. We do not have a fenced yard.)
Now the smell from that pen is unbearable. Even with cleaning daily. Since cement is porous and is all we are able to use (since she would eat stone or wood chips) how can I get rid of this terrible ordor?
