To be one of the better upscale window manufacturers. I believe if you call them directly their service department can help you. You even may find they are still under warrenty. Call 715 845 3838, (sorry, I don't know if they have an 800#) and ask for the service dept. Explain your problem, and ask if there is anyway they can help you.
