I've used RL suede finish paint with great success-- there's no secret, just follow directions, take your time, and try to pick colours that you would normally find in a "suede" finish. Make no judgement until it's completely dry, it looks awful wet!! Desert Plateau is my favorite, and the walls are oooh'ed and awe'd over by many a visitor. I think the green & blue shades might look a tad odd though.
