Hi,
we are buying a home that was closed up for over a year with not a/c or heat, there is mildew in the down stairs bed rooms and in the drop ceiling, what is the best way to get rid of it and do you know the cost of it, the rooms are 12x12 with closet's and a bathroom to. thanks for any help in this matter..
