A few questions first.....and some general answers.......
Is this an existing site or was the home just moved? What are the soil conditions and method of blocking(standard cinder blocks?) and about how hig off the ground.......Wheels still attached? Any skirting in the way of working?Additions/screen rooms/attached steps.......TIE DOWNS? type: straps/rods/none?
BASICALLY you need to start at any major constant.......the main doorway to the attached room for example.........working out from there to level the house in all directions. Be sure the blocking is sitting on firm soil with solid blocks as a foundation..........Tie-down straps will have to be loosened slightly and resecured upon finishing.........Use HARDWOOD wedges and blocking to shim the frame.........Add additional support if necessary......check all plumbing for correct pitch and support after jacking......work safe.........post again.....doug
