with two other helpers holding the cabinet into position against the wall the holes can then be drilled by the third person thru the back of the cabinet thru the 1x material for strength into the wall for all locations...then the with the cabinet set aside the work on the holes into the concrete can be finished. then the cabinet can be repositioned and fasteners installed to hang it permanently.
