install a vent fan if feasible

if not feasible, I suggest a good quality oil base semi gloss...which will stink from the oil fumes but will hold up much better to the cyclic affects of humid warm air . BUT obviously the best solution is to install and use a vent fan to get that humid steam out of there. you should also consult the paint store specialist on what they suggest as well. hope that helps.
