Agree with LJ, semi-gloss at a minimum. I just bought a home with the same problem. I plan on installing a bathroom fan before I re-paint it. Too much moisture on the walls for me. My old house had a fan and it got rid of the moisture so well we could actually use an "egg-shell" finish (almost flat) and we hand no streaks from moisture.
