It sure should have been and this should be covered. Have you persued this avenue???

In direct answer to your question, the structure has been damaged. How are the water lines? How is the plumbing? I don't know how a person could "right" the window casings so that you get a smooth workings.

I think you have allot of structural issues that can "domino" on to more and more problems "down the perverbial road".
