but my concern about water lines is: if they will hold a good charge. If the lines were bumped or bent or compromised, will they leak slowly and cause more damage. Are intersections compromised? Gas lines are they the same.
The more you talk about this the more I would say: Get a new home. LEt insurance wrangle this thing out and you not be stuck with a "trap".
