I need to heat a two car garage (~4000cubic feet) on a temporary basis (3hr period for 3 days/week) to use a home office. I believe gas forced air will be quickest and most efficient. Is there a formula for figuring how many BTUs output are necessary to raise the temp. from 25F to 65F in a given amount of time? Would electric be better for this application? Thank you.
