than the use of heat lamps, air locks of sort, or a side mounted tight screen recoil device that acts like a projector screen and you can pull it out for showering and restore it to its container when not in use. see: www.phantomscreens.com
Just some thinking out loud. Your situation may be impossible. And most things you do will terribly distract from the asthetics of the wash room.
