Our gas boiler is fairly new. When heating only is selected the boiler fires up and after a few minutes it switches off; No hot water even when boiler stat is turned right up and tank stat turned right up. If heating + water is selected the radiators get and stay hot and this is the only way we can get a little bit of hot/warm water.
Any suggestions would be most welcome Thanks !
