I need to replace a fence. The original design was not sturdy, but I liked the look. How do I design a fence with separated boards (spaces between boards) and a horizontal board that goes across the fence boards at the top and bottom of the fence. It is, also, a deviding fence between townhouses so has to look the same on both sides. Need help. I have never put up a fence before. Thanks
