I have removed all of the wallpaper from the walls in my second floor hallways but still have a coat of paper that refuses to come off of the walls. Also some of the drywall paper has come off in some spots. I am looking for suggestions on how to remove the remaining paper and ideas regarding to the drywall paper that came off. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
