Just to let you know, I am not completely dissatisfied with
Harbor Freight.
I had the opportunity to purchase on of their 3 bag, all metal
cement mixers. Even though I had to put my own grease fittings in the hinge points,
and install my own seals around the seal ring, it has not failed
to perform the function it was intended for.
It is movable and low amperage therefor I don't have to use
a monster 50 foot long, 10 gauge wire extension cord.
I am able to use a typical house 16 gauge cord and it does fine.
I've even let it set outside over the course of the winter and it ran
better than expected.
