I live in a rental apartment and have a strong musty smell which has permeated everything I own (furniture, mattress, clothes etc.) How can I get rid of the musty odor. The carpet has been changed and there was no sign of dampness. I do not have leaks or other signs of water or dampness. I thought of painting the entire apartment with Kiltz (original, oil-base) to try to get rid of the smell. Do you have any ideas?
