Have a cement crane that has been white washed with ooutdoor house paint. Have tried all sorts of paint strippers with no success. Am reluctant to use sanders as am afraid they will ruin the detail. Have been watching them cleaning the Statue of Liberty, but they never tell me what they are using on the cement.
