get some fine sand paper and clean the bare metal areas. Then get some rustoleum primer and spray the areas that are bare. Then get some heat resistant white spray paint that is close to the color of the inside of the dryer drum and then spray that primed area. LEt it dry for a day or so then you should be OK.
