I have a 50 yr old house in S Fla and am experiencing A/C duct condensation which is now spotting my ceiling. I have been told by one A/C guy that I have Cool attic syndrom due to my white roof, and he as advised me to cover all of my roof vents in the eave of the house in order to create less venilation to heat up the attic. Another A/C guy says he's never heard of this and that I probably have leaks in my ducts creating the cool attic, thus creating the condensation. I'm confused, any sugestions?
