I made a huge mistake....I had a redwood deck built and when done the builder applied linseed oil. When it came time to recoat it I couldn't reach the builder and the stores only sold Boiled Linseed Oil. Now I have areas that are glommy/bubled and a mess..... Is there any way to apply some type of thinner and what?
