I to am building a new house and have 4 foundation cracks. I've been told that in actuality it should be torn down. The foundation itself is only 4 months old and a winter hasn't hit here yet. The drywall isn't up either, which I know is a big factor.
What should I do? Would the builder accept a house with foundation cracks? I think not!
