pop-corn ceilings and love to clean really big messes.You have to remove the pop-corn then spray new mud in an orange peel texture and with a drywall knife lightly skim over the surface. Did I mention this was a big mess. If you still feel like you want to under go this project,let us know and we will give more detail. Ron J.
