I have wood cabinets that are stained a medium tan. They came with the house. I would like to make them darker with minimal work to semi match a kitchen table I just bought. I don't mind if they are a mixture of the present stain and a darker stain. (Maybe a distressed look). My mother-in-law is using some stained wax that she is applying after lightly sanding. I don't want to take the doors down. Is there anything I could do???
