Why not contact the manufacture direct.

Provide them with the proper info and I'm sure they will ship you one.

Install should be easy, and the magnet is inside the rubber gasket.

If all else fails, you could strap the door shut.
Not pretty but it works.
How old is the fridge?

Maybe time to buy a new one, if that's a reasonable solution.
