with local Build Dept.In my town they won't recommend any one specifically,but do give names of contractors that have done work in my town.See any work being done near you? Stop and talk to owners or builders.Get references and check them out!DO DILIGENCE before you give anybody any money.Read any contract and understand it totaly before you sign.If you live in the house during construction be prepared for many weeks of "roughing it".Luck on your project.Please post back with any ??? and updates.
