Remove water based paint from concrete

While replacing a new concrete driveway, the installers splashed concrete on the front of our house. We decided to paint over it, as it was not bumpy. In doing so, a few drops of ivory paint were dripped on the concrete. It was blotted up, but visible blotches remain. How do I remove them? It has been 2 days. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
