I have that musty smell coming from my crawl space under the floor. I had a previous leak before I bought the house that was completely repaired and the wood replaced that was damaged. I get the smell from the dirt under the house---when I get out of the space--my clothes has the same smell. The soil is a sand/clay mixture and the soil is what I would call damp. Any way to dry it out or get rid of the smell???
