Moving an existing beam.

I would like to move a beam in my basement. There are 4 3 1/2" round beams placed 12 feet apart. These upright beam posts support a 6" "I" beam. My question is that I would like to move one of the middle two beams 2'. The spaces between the beam would then be 12'/14'/12'. This is not a difficult task. What I do need to know is the load bearing weight and that is what I do not know how to do. Can anyone help me with this issue.
