We are having problems with our hot water pressure, there are chunky black flakes coming out of the faucet in our bathtub.There is also black liquid coming out of the (what we think is ) the drain valve on our hot water heater. please respond to this as soon as possible, taking in consideration your busy schedual. Is there any way to fix the problem witout destroying our finances. Thank you Curtis and Wanda
