We "did it ourself" cement countertops and they look great. In fact we are doing it again in our new home, as an eating counter, horseshoe shape. We used the directions, excellent, from Fine homebuilding magazines (two editions) both of which were front cover stories. We even ordered from the various vendors mentioned. It worked great for us, Ken built the forms. Any questions, feel free to ask.
