The seal is probably broken but I don't really
want to replace the window. What if I were
to drill a couple of small holes through the top and bottom of the glass? Would it create a chimney effect that would clear out the condensation? Should the holes be drilled on the outside or inside pane? (note that the window is fixed in place, like a bay window).
