I think I just got scammed by my property management company. What price per sq. ft. would be a range to lay porcelain tile diagonally in areas that are squared (no fancy curves) and no other patterns. Labor only with typical prep work (no special considerations - just removing the old vinyl that came up in large pieces). Any input would be helpful.
