I tend to agree with you and the real estate agent. If I were purchasing a house I would want a master bath with a tub and shower so just get both in one. It solves the childrens problem and re-sale problem. You don't need 2 guest bathrooms. one is sufficient. But this is just my opinion. Woman to woman.
