My builder has just started framing my new house and the lumber has been wet twice before since being delivered to site. A lot of the exterior stud walls are in place now and the rain is really getting the lumber wet. What adverse effect will this have later on when the house is completed? Should I be concerned with the lumber getting wet as the house is being built? Thank you.
