I had my house painted and a guarantee of the job lasting 5 years, within two years after painting the wood boxing , window frames etc became dark. tried washing the boxing with no sucess, have been contacting the painter periodically with no response, now at four years later he says it will wash off, Another painter looked it over and says the boxing was painted with an oil base paint and will have to be primed and painted again the original painter refuses to comply. Will oil base paint result in bleeding through the paint. It is a horrible mess at this point.What recourse do I have. Thank you. D Vance
