Wet Crawl Space

I have read many of the threads on this subject and have taken many of the steps to correct. I have added slope to the yard and installed drain pipes attached to the down spouts. I have a follow-up question. If the level of the earth under the house is lower than the level outside, should I add dirt under the house? The area where water pools (undetermined if this is where the water enters) is 18" - 24" lower than the earth outside. Was this post helpful? Yes: or No:
