Last fall, I used a white siliconized acrylic caulk to seal around the exterior of new vinyl replacement windows. The temperature was lower than recommended while doing this. This caulk has now turned almost black with what appears to be mildew stain, and none of the generally accepted mildew-removal products seem to make a dent in it.
I need to (1) remove the stains, or (2) remove the caulk and re-caulk. Either way, I could use some good advice on how to eliminate this problem (and of course, the name of any products that will work effectively).
