We have a new house (3 yrs.) and are now having problems with a skunky smell in one of the bathrooms. We have checked all the connections, changed the wax ring on the toilet and even had the septic tank pumped - but the smells keeps coming back. There are no skunks around and no way for anything to get under the house.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
