Stained hardwood floors

After refinishing over 2,100 square feet of my own houses hardwood floors, I DO believe I know what I am speaking about.
I restored my 1926 built home to its original splendor, even after all of the plumbing and roof leaked on the floors when this house was left in dis-repair. Now it has enjoyed Beautification awards, and newspaper noteriety.
I have some experience to speak of, I am an investor in neighborhoods. I see character, I purchase, then renovate & refurbish, then relax with the cash. Mickey!
