How to remove Adhesive residue??

Hi! I replaced a cheesy shower door with a good old-fashioned shower curtain, and I'm now trying to get rid of the residue of the adhesive they used to hold the bottom track to the tub rim. Any suggestions? (A glass scraper is starting to scratch the tub surface.)
