I may purchase a house in which the owner has 3 dogs. The house has wall to wall carpeting and reeks of urine with visable stains throughout.
I know the flooring under the carpet is hardwood but various people have told me the urine could have easily ruined the flooring underneath. My question is would sanding and finishing the floors be enough to remove the odor?
or would it all have to be replaced?
