Deck stain and RAIN

Hello,
Stained 2 decks a week ago with Flood CWF-UV cedarwood color. Looked pretty good, but the actual walking surfaces were light.
We applied a second coat yestarday (week later), but unfortunately it rained overnite, now I have a very cloudy deck that seems to be very wet(still raining) ... have a ruined our decks?
Anything I can do to fix it or will it dry itself out and absorb when it get sunny?
Any help is appreciated!!
