Whenever the temp drops below about 40 degrees condenstation forms on the inside of my windows throughout the winter. We live in Wisconsin, the problem is constant until it warms up in the late spring. The house is about 20years old, 2x6 construction, very well insulated. The windows are double pane gas-filled, woodframe inside and pvc clad outside crankouts. What could be causing this? We have exhaust fans in the bathrooms and kitchen to get rid of that moisture and run a dehumidifier in the basement year round at the normal humidity setting.
