I AM HAVING MY LAWN AERATED AND DETHATCHED. I WOULD LIKE TO OVERSEED AFTERWARDS. I LIVE IN CENTRAL ILLINOIS. IS IT TOO LATE IN THE YEAR TO OVERSEED? ALSO, IF NOT WHEN CAN I PUT A WINTERIZER ON THE LAWN?

PLEASE RESPOND ASAP. I'LL BE DOING THIS ON 10/17.
