Can be replaced by removing the hinge assembly (roller casing) from the door and slipping a new roller in. HOWEVER! if it is the bottom roller, and the door spring cable is attached to it, you may have to release the spring tension first. Or by blocking the door up in the full up position, the spring tension should be minimal, and you can do it then.
